Pneumatic Wind Turbine

Here are a couple videos of the pneumatic turbine, the subject of Chapter 10 of “LEGO Wind Energy.” As seen above, the rotor turns an eccentric mechanism to run a pneumatic pump. Compressed air is stored in the white air tank attached behind the eccentric. The air pressure stored in tank can be monitored with a manometer, as seen in the video below.
